Hi Bill:

I hope all of you have safe trip down here. It's been rainy for past few days - about high 60s and low 50s.

See you on 3/18.

I'll see how many folks are interested and check on ticket availability -- then we can work on transportation.

I'm very interested in the brass band, and I know of at least another friend from outside of class that is too.

Thanks! I'm sensitive to folk's privacy, so I decided not to mention him by name. I talked to him about scoring one of your tee shirts, the one where the top of the 8 forms the "O" in hot. I've been trying to find one since I saw you in them in last year's Mardi Gras Indian parade.

So, what is it going to take you guys to come to New England? It'll make the time between my next visit shorter. Check out the Stone Church in Newmarket, NH. The owner is very interested in New Orleans music.

The trombone player you are refering to is Keith "Wolf" Anderson.

Either would be fine, although a photocopy would probably work best. I'd hate to be responsible for separating you from your journal!

Hi Bill,

I write a journal regularly. This is a part of the reason I wanted to take this class because I read on the requirements that we will be needing to write a New Orleans journal while we are down there. So I was thinking I do want to bring my personal journal down there, and since you just said that we could present our journal in any way we feel fit, I was wondering if I can just either give you my journal or photo copy pages from it. My question is whether we will be getting our journals back from you, after the last day of class. If not, then I think I will photocopy my own journal entries and give them to you.

Thanks.

See you in class on Tuesday.
